Thursday April 3rd:
- Check into bnb anytime after 3pm
- Open gym and meet up starts at 5:00PM at DOPE in STL (Private gym)
- PM Workshop - SHAKE IT OFF (Sauna and Cold)
Friday April 4th:
- AM Training Session
- AM Journaling Breakout with Coaches - THE ONLY WAY TO MEASURE PROGRESS
- Workshop - Eliminating Bullshit
- Talk - Managing EGO and EXPECTATIONS
- Lunch
- Coaching Session - Self Defense with Dave
- Workshop - NO ONE GETS A VOTE (TOTAL ACCOUNTABILITY)

Saturday April 5th:

- AM Journaling Breakout with Coaches - RESETTING YOUR COMPASS
- Workshop - SHATTER YOUR LIMITATIONS
- Coaching Session - Self Defense with Dave round 2
- FIRE AND ICE BREATH WORK - CRACKING OPEN THE SHELL
- Breath work/meditation ceremony (Hapé optional)
- Dinner and Community
- Closing talk and Q&A with Coaches
Sunday April 6th:
- Check out of bnb by 10am.

Often the success found in one aspect of life doesn’t translate to everything else.
